이태원 압사 참사 - 가슴이 아프네요

갑자기 일어난 사고
얼마나 아팠을까 아직 살아갈 날도 많은데
그 순간 보고 싶었던 사람도
말하고 싶었던 순간도
비명과 슬픔속에서 얼마나 무서웠을까
부모들에 마음은 또 얼마나 아플까

I offer my deepest condolences.

Yesterday (29th) night, in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul,
at least tens of thousands of people gathered at once ahead of Halloween,
causing a massive crushing disaster.
The fire department announced that as of 9:40 am today (30th),
151 people had died and 82 people were injured (19 seriously injured, 63 people with minor injuries).
The crushing accident is believed to have occurred
as a crowd gathered for the first 'Outdoor No-Mask' Halloween in three years.
The fire department received the first report at 10:15 last night,
and issued the first stage response at 10:43, the second stage at 11:13,
and the third stage at 11:50. Currently, reports of missing persons
related to the Itaewon disaster are being received
by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and delivered to the police.
Telephone reports are accepted on 20 lines including
☎ 02-2199-8660, 8664~8678, 5165~5168, and 120 Dasan Call Center.
On-site visits are accepted on the 3rd floor of the Hannam-dong
Community Service Center in Yongsan-gu. In the Itaewon area,
parties were held in various places the night before the weekend before Halloween.
The accident occurred as crowds gathered on a narrow road
about 4 meters wide, which went downhill next to the
Hamilton Hotel in the center of Itaewon-dong.
An eyewitness at the scene said, "After 10 pm,
someone fell on the narrow road next to the Hamilton Hotel,
and the people following fell one after another and piled up.
" At the scene, there were rumors that a crowd gathered to see
a famous celebrity or that candy containing drug substances
was circulating in the surrounding businesses,
but the specific cause of the accident has not been confirmed.
The Police Department has established a Disaster Response Headquarters,
headed by the Deputy Chief of the National Police Agency,
to focus on identification of casualties and support for the survivors and victims
